Sustainable territorial and local development

Mayors from all over Europe will gather in Cannes, France, on 13 March 2013 at the occasion of the international market for real estate professionals (MIPIM) Mayors Think Tank session to discuss what measures of attractiveness and competitiveness can be developed by and for local authorities in the coming decade.

The Mayors’ Think Tank, a closed-door event, will present a unique opportunity for local political leaders to discuss city challenges and innovative solutions as well as share their thoughts, experiences and best practices on urban strategy.

The secretary general of the Council of European Municipalities and Regions (CEMR), Frédéric Vallier, will be one of the event moderators.
