Digitalisation

The rapid change in digital technologies and the way it is used by the society requires a modernisation of the public sector across the EU. To this aim, the European Commission plans to present a new eGovernment Action Plan for the 2016-2020 period.

With this public consultation, the Commission wants to collect the needs, requirements and expectations of those directly involved in the delivering of public services, hence local and regional governments.

The deadline to participate is 22 January 2016.
