Diversity and integration

Partenalia, Sigma and Erlai are organising a conference on local governments and the integration of immigrants, on Wednesday 22 February 2006, in Brussels.

 

The scope of the conference is to analyse the role of local governments in the social integration process of immigrants. Through discussions and presentations representatives from different European cities will share their experiences on integration at the local level.

 

The main speakers will include Jos Chabert, first vice-president of the Brussels Parliament as well as representatives from the European Commission and the Committee of the Regions.
