Climate and energy transition

Natural gas will not be the solution, only decentralised local energy schemes will make the difference: this is what we pledged in a joint open letter* disseminated by the media Politico on 15 June.

In this document we reacted to a letter signed by six major energy multinationals, that calls for an efficient carbon market enabling the scaling up of gas as a solution to the climate problem.
