Energy Union - 08.06.2016
Come and discuss how towns and cities can lead energy transition
What role can towns and cities play in the Energy Union? How can energy transition be successfully implemented?
These are questions that you will be able to discuss at the “Energy Union: local leadership driving the transition” event in Brussels, on 15 June 2016.
This event will be a place for everyone to learn and discuss how the local level can play a key role in the governance of the Energy Union: from energy market regulation to sustainable energy transition, towns and cities are the go-to players in this field.
Several highly experienced speakers and moderators will be taking part, and you will be able to directly ask them questions and contribute to the discussion. The outcome of the discussion will form a basis for a set of recommendations that will be shared and discussed with European institutions. You can find the programme here.
