Diversity and integration

London will host the 2004 European local authorities forum for social inclusion, on 15 October. Mayor of London Ken Livingstone will take part in the event.
 

This year, the main themes of the forum will be the role of local government and globalisation, the influence of local government on the future of Europe, local government and culture...
 

The debates will be held in English, French, German, Spanish and Italian.
