Mayor of the municipality of Vulcana-Băi (Romania) and President of Association of Romanian Communes (ACOR), Emil Drăghici, was appointed President of the Network of Associations of Local Authorities of South-East Europe (NALAS), during the organisation’s General Assembly in Plovdiv (Bulgaria).
