Governance and citizenship

The Université du Luxembourg and the Université Libre de Bruxelles organise an international seminar on the European elections at the Centre Culturel de Rencontre Abbaye de Neumünster in Luxemburg-Ville, on 23-24 September.

 

The outcome of the last European elections will be at the heart of the debates. Several issues will be discussed such as the rise of the nationalist parties, the new European political parties and the way different voting systems have an influence on the elections results.

The speakers will be scholars from various countries such as Luxemburg, Belgium, Great-Britain, Germany, France, Portugal...)

 

The debates will be simultaneously translated from French to English
